Mission Statement:
The Mission of the International Committee is to promote and represent the interests of our foreign membership while serving the needs of all AAZV members. This includes the promotion of scientific publication in the Journal of Zoo and Wildlife Medicine and, information sharing between members through regular discourse and communication via the committee website and list serve. The International Committee will promote and assist, where possible, participation of foreign members at the annual conference of the AAZV.

The AAZV International Committee is looking for members planning to attend the annual conference who are willing to share their room with a foreign attendee either sharing lodging costs or, (if your institution funds the lodging), at no cost to the foreign attendee. Foreign attendees often make huge sacrifices to acquire funds for airfare and registration. This is a great opportunity to get to know some of our overseas colleagues!
