Hello AAZV Members,

TO CHECK YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS:  Click on the Members Only link at the top of the page.  Enter your user name and password.  If you are current, you will go to a welcome screen, which is only available to current members.  If your dues have lapsed, you will receive the message:  "You Must be an Active Member to Fulfill the Request You have Made."   

TO RENEW YOUR DUES: Click on “AAZV MEMBERSHIP” at the top of the page.  Select the “Member Dues Renewal” option.  It will take you to a log in page.  Enter your user name and password.  The next page is the “Type of Membership” page, where you select your membership type, e.g. student, associate, active, etc.  Next page gives you a drop down menu of the fee for membership.  Submit that and it takes you to the payment page.  You can pay by credit card by filling in the information on the left side of the form, or you may elect to print out an invoice to mail with your check.  To print the invoice, click the green $ box on the right hand side.  It takes you to another page that has, in red at the top: “Click here for printable invoice to include with your payment.”  If you don’t click that line, you won’t get a printable invoice, so make sure you click on it.  If your institution will be writing the check, please make sure they know to send it to the Florida address at the top of the invoice, NOT TO KANSAS OR PENNSYLVANIA. 

USER NAME AND PASSWORD:  If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the "Forgot My Password" link below where you would enter your Username and Password.
